烹煮指南


Boiling for: (Dumpling and Wonton)
-
When water is boiling
-
Put food into boiling water
-
Wait to boiling again for 3-5 minutes
-
Add a bit cold water 2 to 3 times and wait for boiling again
-
Take food out of water and ready to eat
煮(饺子和馄饨)
-
将锅中水煮至沸腾
-
将产品加入沸水中,无需解冻煮 3-5 分钟
-
沸腾后加 2-3 次冷水
-
煮熟的饺子会浮到顶端,便可捞取食用啦。
Stream for (Bun. Cantonese Dim Sim, Sticky rice with chicken,
pumpkin cake with red bean paste, etc.)
-
When water is boiling
-
Put food into the steamer then lid on
-
Steam 10 -20 minutes depends on the size of food
(Chicken and rice ball need 20 minutes) -
Take food out from steamer and ready to eat
蒸 (包子,广式点心,糯米鸡,南瓜饼 等)
-
将锅中水煮至沸腾产品放里
-
蒸 10-15 分钟(具体时间长短视产品而定,蒸太久容易流失口感哟~
-
糯米鸡蒸 20 分钟左右)
-
即可取出美味的啦~
Fried-pan items (chives dumpling, pancake)
-
Heat up non-sticky pan
-
Add 2 spoons cooking oil into fried-pan
-
Put food into pan and fry for 2 minutes
-
Add few water (100ml) then put lid on for 10 minutes or until golden colour
-
Ready to eat
煎 (饺子,锅饼,生煎包,葱油饼 等)
-
加热一个不粘的油炸锅,加入 2 汤匙的食用油。
-
将产品放入锅中煎 2 分钟。
-
加入适量水,迅速盖上盖子,直到水蒸发(这一步只适用于盘煎饺子)。
-
煎至表面的颜色变至金黄

Oven cooking for (Turnip Pastry,BBQ Roast Pork Puff etc.)
-
Turn the oven to 180℃
-
Put food in for 20 minutes, time can be difference regarding the size of food
烤 (萝卜丝酥饼,叉烧酥)
-
预热烤箱至 180℃。(叉烧酥可刷两层蛋浆更美味哟~)
-
将产品放在托盘上烤 10~15 分钟左右即可食用啦


Deep fry for (red bean ball, pumpkin cake, spring roll, Dim Sim,
Tofu Skin prawn etc.)
-
Head oil to 180℃
-
Slightly put food into oil
-
Gently stir a few times, until the food become golden colour and floating on the surface
-
Strain the oil and ready to eat
炸 (红豆沙麻球,南瓜饼,春卷,大点心,鲜虾腐皮卷 等)
-
将油加热至 180℃
-
轻轻地将产品滑入油中。
-
轻轻搅动产品几次,炸到颜色变成金色,并浮在顶部。
-
将产品从油中取出,沥干,即可食用啦~
(也可以使用空气炸锅等工具)
